Independent · Non-profit · Nothing for sale
Let the machines take the repetitive work.
People are freed for the rest: creativity, judgement, fairness, and work that outlasts them.
Agentic Global is a human-first reference for putting AI agents to work. Our ideas are written by people, for people. Our data on what named agents can do is sourced openly and kept honest — with provenance and a date on every field.

Figure 1 — The six domains
What the agent handles, and what that frees you to do.
Each guide stands for a domain and its capabilities — never for a vendor or a product. Time-savings figures are reported ranges, sourced on each field guide, not promises.

Customer service
Answer the order-status question once, properly
Most service teams answer the same question several thousand times a month. That is the first thing to hand over, and the easiest to measure.

Admin and operations
Close the month without the invoice pile
Invoice matching is the clearest case of work that nobody defends. Start on the clean path, then move to exceptions with your auditor in the room.

Figure 3 — How this works
Ideas, written by people
First-hand accounts of putting agents to work: the setting, what changed, and what to watch for. Byline and update date on every one.
Capability data, sourced openly
A continuously updated record of what named agents can do — self-declared, verified, or independently sourced, labelled field by field, and versioned.
No score, no ranking, nothing for sale
No placement fees, no leaderboard, no vendor trackers. Sponsorship is labelled and structurally separated from the ideas and the data.
Common questions
Straight answers, before you spend anything.
- What is an AI agent, in plain terms?
- Software that carries out a task end to end rather than waiting for each instruction. It reads the request, uses the systems it has access to, and produces a result. Autonomy varies: assistive agents draft for a person, autonomous ones act alone within limits you set.
- How much time do AI agents actually save?
- It depends on the work. Controlled research on customer support found 14% more issues resolved per hour and 9% less handling time per issue. Surveyed digital workers report about eleven hours a week saved, minus 6.4 hours spent supervising the tools. Vendor case-study figures are usually far higher and should be read as claims.
- Does Agentic Global sell or rank agents?
- No. We sell no agents, take no placement or ranking fees, and publish no score. We supply the framework and the sourced facts; you draw the conclusion.
- Where does your capability data come from?
- From vendors and public material, recorded field by field with a provenance label — self-declared, verified, or independently sourced — and a date. The ideas are written by people here and carry a byline.
