Open the registryThe situation
One campaign became roughly 200 assets: formats, languages, channel variants. Two people produced them by hand and had no time left for strategy, which is the only part of the job that compounds.
What we did
Humans set the message and the master creative. The agent produces variants, resizes, and drafts channel copy inside a defined brand system. Nothing publishes without a named approver, and approval volume was capped at what one person can genuinely read in a day.
What changed
Production time per campaign fell by more than half. The smaller markets, which had previously been served with an English asset and an apology, got proper local copy.
What to watch for
- “Approval required” only means something if approving is realistic at the volume produced.
- An unreviewed message published at scale cannot be recalled.
- Advertising claims and personalisation are already regulated, before any AI-specific rule applies.
